Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blissful Faith Incorporated! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

​

Shipment processing time :All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Weekend delivery depends upon the shipping carrier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

With the coronavirus pandemic currently happening around the world, items may be delayed. Please allow at a minimal of 14 days before contacting customer service at customer_service@blissfulfaithblog.com. If an order isn't received within 30 days, or there are issues within 30 days of trying a product, please reach out to customer service with a valid proof of purchase and you will be refunded.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment method

USPS shipping options:

• Priority Mail Express: overnight delivery guaranteed. This option is available to most U.S. addresses and PO boxes. THIS OPTION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE WITH BLISSFUL FAITH INC.

• Priority mail: For domestic addresses, items usually ship within 1-3 business days.

• Flat rate: the blog's main shipping method is flat rate. This is conducted through shipping with USPS priority mail.

As of now, Blissful Faith does not have media shipping as photography photos and documents are downloadable purchases.

Estimated delivery time

• priority mail, flat rate: 3-5 business days if inside U.S

• USPS priority mail express (NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE YET AT BLISSFUL FAITH BLOG): 1-2 business days

Shipment cost

• Flat rate: this is calculated during checkout and is calculated into the final total of an item. On the USPS website, this packages starts at $7.50 USD. However, the shipping label is purchased by Blissful Faith through Shopify.

• Free shipping is available for orders totaling $70 or above.

  

* Overnight delivery is currently not available.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Blissful Faith currently uses USPS as the main shipping carrier and will at times use UPS.

​

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Blissful Faith ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, usually when the order is processed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

​

Blissful Faith Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

​

Blissful Faith Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally, to any country. Usually this takes between 7-14 days depending on customs. Shipping options still include flat rate and free shipping.
